Chief Academic Officer, ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ at Bay Path University
Natalia F. Blank, PhD, is the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) at Bay Path University. She joins the university's executive leadership team with more than 20 years of experience in higher education teaching and administration. Before coming to Bay Path, Dr. Blank served as the vice president for academic affairs at D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York. Her previous administrative roles also include serving as the associate provost for academic affairs and assessment at Norwich University in Vermont.
As VPAA, Dr. Blank leads Bay Path's academic programs and operations. She works across all divisions to support faculty and staff, use data to guide university decisions, and improve the student journey from admission to graduation.
Throughout her career as an educator and researcher, Dr. Blank has published numerous papers, won multiple teaching excellence awards, and secured grants to fund student and faculty research.
